Monday, June 16th
5:30 p.m. - Oil Bowl coaches report to Killingsworth Hall/Staff Meeting after dinner

Tuesday, June 17th
11:00 a.m. - Begin Texas/Oklahoma Player Check-In at Killingsworth Hall
12:00 noon - Lunch/Finish checking in to Dorms
1:30 p.m. - Oil Bowl Meeting with Teams in Theatre (Student Union)

Players put game jersey/practice pants on. Outside for pictures

5:30 p.m. - Bus leaves for Maskat Shrine Temple
6:00 p.m. - Dinner - Maskat Shrine Temple
7:00 p.m. - Team meeting called by each Head Coach (optional)
12:00 midnight - Curfew

Wednesday, June 18th
7:30 a.m. - 8:00 a.m. - Breakfast (IHOP)
8:00 a.m. - Taping/Treatments begin
8:45 a.m. - 10:30 a.m. - Practice at MSU
11:30 a.m. - Lunch (Maskat Shrine Temple)
1:00 p.m. - Texas/Oklahoma Coaches meet at Student Center (Special Teams)
1:30 p.m. - Taping/Treatments
2:15 p.m. - 4:30 p.m. - Practice at MSU
5:30 p.m. - Load bus for dinner at Maskat Shrine Temple
6:00 p.m. - Dinner at MST
7:00 p.m. - Team Meeting (called by each Head Coach)
12:00 p.m. midnight - Curfew

Thursday, June 19th
7:00 a.m. - Bus leaves for breakfast at McDonalds - BB/FB S.W. Pkwy
8:00 a.m. - Taping/Treatments
8:30 a.m. - Bus leaves for Oklahoma practice
8:45 a.m. - Practice - Texas at MSU
8:45 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. - Practice - Oklahoma at Memorial Stadium
11:15 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. - Buses leave for lunch (Elk's Lodge)
1:30 p.m. - Taping/Treatments
2:15 p.m. - 4:30 p.m. - Practice
5:30 p.m. - Dinner (Student Center)
12:00 midnight - Curfew

Friday, June 20th
7:30 a.m. - 8:00 a.m. - Breakfast (Luby's)
8:00 a.m. - Taping/Treatments
8:30 a.m. - Buses leaves for Texas practice
8:45 a.m. - Practice - Oklahoma at MSU
8:45 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. - Practice - Texas at Memorial Stadium
11:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. - Lunch
6:30 p.m. - Depart for Banquet. Meet in front of Dorms. Wear Game Jerseys/Slacks
7:00 p.m. - Oil Bowl Banquet at Maskat Shrine Temple
12:00 midnight - Curfew

Saturday, June 21st
7:30 a.m. - Breakfast
9:15 a.m. - Bus departs for Parade. Meet in front of Dorms. Wear Jerseys/Shorts OK
10:00 a.m. - Oil Bowl Parade
11:00 a.m. - 12:00 noon - Player walk-through/Team meeting
12:00 noon - Begin packing for check-out
1:45 p.m. - Texas Team Meeting on 1st Floor Lounge at Killingsworth
1:55 p.m. - Oklahoma Team Meeting on 1st Floor Lounge at Killingsworth
2:00 p.m. - Texas Begin check-out
2:30 p.m. - Oklahoma Begin check-out

Turn Keys/Keycards in
Take all your personal items to your car/van., so you may transport them to the stadium
Players with cars will follow Team bus to stadium
3:00 p.m. - Meet with game officieal at McBrides (Maplewood St.)
3:00 p.m. - Pre-Game meal (Student Center). After pre-game meal players will report to Coliseum. Texas in Locker Room/Oklahoma in Gym area.
4:30 p.m. - Texas taping begins
5:00 p.m. - Oklahoma taping begins
5:30 p.m. - Texas departs for Stadium
5:45 p.m. - Oklahoma departs for Stadium
6:00 p.m. - PreGame schedule at discretion of each Head Coach

Pre-Game can be minimal
6:15 p.m. - Specialists out
6:25 p.m. - Team Stretch
6:35 p.m. - Individual Defense
6:40 p.m. - Individual Offense
6:45 p.m. - Team Offense
6:50 p.m. - Team Defense
6:55 p.m. - Teams to sideline for water
7:00 p.m. - Teams off the field
7:10 p.m. - Teams prepare for individual introductions (numerically)
7:30 p.m. - Kickoff 70th Annual Oil Bowl

After the game players are dismissed
Special Teams Regulations

1. Kickoff Return - LIVE

Wedge return only. No reverses, ball is live
Kickoff from 40 yd line
2. Kickoff Cover - LIVE

Pooch is OK, players stay in lanes with safety
Tees may be used
3. Spread Punt -LIVE (only rush one of each edge)

Defense can block punt with one off LOS. Ball is live.
No Fake punts. Bad snap is live
Tight punt is allowed. No fakes
4. Punt Return - LIVE

Wall return, ball is live
5. On-side kickoff - LIVE

4th Quarter only
Tees may be used
6. PATD/FG - LIVE (only rush one off LOS) - BALL IS LIVE.
7. We will play by NCAA rules. (Timeouts/Blocking below waist)
